高齡孕婦過去的產前染色體檢測項目以侵入性為主，羊膜穿刺及絨毛膜穿刺是胎兒染色體檢測的方法，以羊膜穿刺為常見，但有破水、流產及感染的風險。本研究旨在瞭解高齡孕婦對羊膜穿刺術知識程度及選擇意圖。 本研究採橫斷性描述性研究，採自編的結構式問卷對高齡孕婦作問卷調查，以個別填答問卷方式進行資料收集，進行高齡孕婦對羊膜穿刺術的知識及選擇意圖之相關性探討。我們以台南地區的高齡孕婦為研究對象，收案地點在台南市一婦幼專科醫院，調查時間自107年05月13日起至12月31日，收案對象資格為懷孕滿10週時年齡達34歲者(足歲)，實際收案人數為140位。問卷包含有羊膜穿刺術知識問卷9題、羊膜穿刺術選擇意圖問卷
5題與高齡孕婦的基本資料14題，所收集的資料以SPSS for Windows Release 18.0軟體進行資料處理分析，以敘述性分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等作為統計方法。 研究結果顯示羊膜穿刺知識得分為6.55±1.29/滿分為9分、羊膜穿刺選擇意圖得分為16.22±4.06/滿分為20分，有無做過羊膜穿刺與羊膜穿刺選擇意圖總分呈中度正相關(r=.401**)，高齡孕婦對羊膜穿刺術的選擇意圖影響因素為過去有無做過羊膜穿刺術。 本研究結果可提供臨床醫護人員瞭解高齡孕婦對羊膜穿刺術知識的瞭解情況及其選擇意圖之影響因素。

近年來，社會環境的變遷與國人觀念的改變，我國育齡婦女總生育率持續下降，面對生育議題，人們有更多的選擇。生育的權力最終落在女性身上，本研究將針對已生育女性的權利意識探討其與生育態度之關係。本研究以問卷調查法分析新北市淡水區不同背景變項之學童母親其權利意識對於生育態度之影響。回收392份問卷，藉由描述性統計、ANOVA變異數分析以及多元迴歸分析進行資料處理與分析，獲得以下結論：一、淡水區學童母親權利意識偏高二、淡水區學童母親生育價值之認同情況偏低。三、淡水區學童母親生育代價之認同情況中等。四、淡水區學童母親之生育規劃認知中等。五、淡水區學童母親權利意識，依其背景變項作差異分析，部份達顯著差異。六
